ProFusion Welding is a welding business in Calgary, Alberta. This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. We handle personal information in line with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What you send us
When you request a quote, the form collects your name, your email or phone number, and the project details you type. We use them only to reply to you about that job and to quote or carry out the work. We don’t sell your information or add you to a mailing list.
If you call or email us directly, we use what you share the same way.
Services that handle your information
- Formspree delivers quote requests from this site to our email. Formspree is based in the United States, so your request is processed and stored there and may be accessible to U.S. authorities under U.S. law.
- Google Ads measures which of our ads lead to quote requests, using a Google tag and cookies. It records that a visit came from an ad and that a quote was sent, not what you wrote in the form.
- Google Fonts supplies the site’s typeface, and Google Maps shows our service area if you choose to open the map. Google receives your IP address and browser details when these load.
To ask how these providers handle your information, contact us using the details below.
Cookies and your choices
The site itself doesn’t set cookies. Google Ads sets cookies to measure ad results, and Google may use them to personalize ads. You can:
- turn off personalized ads at myadcenter.google.com
- block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them
- read how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to do the work, honour warranties, and meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements, then delete them.
Your rights and contact
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Questions or concerns go to us first:
